WikiLeaks' Julian Assange 11 December 2010 WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is facing the prospect of being charged with spying offences in the US, his lawyer has warned. The Australian freedom of information campaigner is currently in Wandsworth Prison, London as he waits to discover whether he will be extradited to Sweden, where he is wanted for questioning about rape and sexual assault allegations. However, it is his role in the publication of thousands of confidential diplomatic cables that may land him in trouble in the US, where attorney general Eric Holder has ordered a criminal investigation into the leaks. Mr Assange's lawyer, Jennifer Robinson, told ABC News she expected her client to be charged under the Espionage Act in the near future, but insisted such a move would be wrong. 'Our position, of course, is that we don't believe it applies to Mr Assange and that in any event he's entitled to First Amendment protection as publisher of WikiLeaks and any prosecution under the Espionage Act would in my view be unconstitutional and puts at risk all media organisations in the US,' said Ms Robinson. The news comes after Mr Assange's UK lawyer, Mark Stephens, insisted the whistle-blowing websites' founder had nothing to do with the cyber-attacks on MasterCard and Visa. A group of hackers calling themselves Anonymous have attempted to sabotage the online presence of companies that have withdrawn services to WikiLeaks in recent days, but Mr Stephens told Fox News his client was 'surprised by' and 'not happy' about their actions.

However, Jupiter is conjunct Neptune and squares Mars indicating false optimism and unrealistic notions and may incline him to take on more than he can handle. The opposition from Saturn will go some way to counter that, the more so as it trines Pluto in Virgo. Nevertheless, it takes a lot of grounding to harnass this delusional energy. And Saturn in opposition could also indicate the restriction from authority figures.
Right now transiting Neptune is making a t-square with the Jupiter/Neptune/Saturn configuration, which could mean that illusion and deception is likely. Issues around insecurity and anxiety may undermine confidence and lead to seclusion. And Saturn is on the 12th house cusp indicating the same.
