STUDENT PORCH COLLAPSE – CHICAGO Students, who were having a weekend party in Chicago, were dancing on a house porch when it collapsed. As a result one porch collapsed onto another making this the greatest porch disaster in the U.S.A. 13 students died and a further 57 were injured. The incident happened very early on the Sunday Morning at around 1-30 AM EDT of 29th June, 2003 in Chicago 87W39 - 41N51, giving an Ascendant of Aries 3-06. In the chart Pylenor is at Gemini 3-03 while Mars at Pisces 4-39 is conjunct Uranus 2-38 and gives a mid-point of Pisces 3-38. Pylenor in the declinations is at 15N50 and conjunct Jupiter 16N19 and opposite Chiron at 15S14. This is suggesting that a sudden (Uranus) incident occurred involving violence (Mars). It happened on a large scale (Jupiter) and resulted in death and injury (Chiron). However, with the involvement of Pylenor then there is the suggestion of an unsafe structure for unseen and inappropriate reasons thereby encouraging the likely collapse of the structure for these corrupt reasons. The evidence which follows supports this. The construction was pronounced as faulty by an engineering report completed on 23rd July, 2003, but was kept secret and only revealed in 2007. It included a claim that Chicago City Building Codes had been violated. The code requires that such porches should have structures capable of taking 100 pounds per square foot stress. However, the report reveals that parts of the boarding might not have been able to even support half of that load. The report says that neither the joists nor the support beams were adequate. Additionally, the porch was built without a permit. As a result Chicago Council sued the owners and managers of the building for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Consequently, the Buildings Department inspected specifically a further 42 other buildings the responsibility of Pappas & LG Properties. As a result of the investigation new state wide regulations were being advocated by the senator of Chicago, Barack Hussein Obama.
