This chart has great credibility since the recent Transit of Mars across the Russian Ascendant is highly corroborated by the military activity undertaken by Russia with regard to Georgia. EL61 is very strong in the Russian chart – it is conjunct the Ascendant. Ascendant – Virgo 22-22 EL61 – Virgo 26-02 It is also very powerful by midpoint. Moon/Venus – Virgo 25-13 EL61 – Virgo 26-02 Mercury/Saturn – Virgo 27-24 etc. Even in the Declinations Sun – 23N09 MC – 23N01 EL61 – 23N22 Uranus/Ascendant – Scorpio 15-19 and Pluto – Scorpio 15-28 implies that power (Pluto) as far as the state is concerned (Ascendant) is vested in its dictator (Uranus). Pluto/EL61 – Aries 20-45 and TL66 – Aries 21-38 tells you that power (Pluto) over the embryo state kept in the dark by its shell (EL61) is maintained by trauma and terror TL66).
