AMSTERDAM AIR CRASH by Roy MacKinnon A passenger aircraft, a Boeing 737 of Turkish Airlines, travelling from Istanbul has crashed just short (about two miles) from Schiphol Airport at Amsterdam. There were 135 passengers of whom 9 have been killed and more than 80 injured with some 25 seriously wounded. The aircraft crashed into a field just short of the airport as if it had lost power. The hot engines were sheered off as the aeroplane broke into three major pieces but there was no fire. Two pilots and an assistant were killed and trapped in the nose cone. The black box recording device has been recovered. It is not known what caused the accident. An investigation into its cause has been commenced. Crash Data: The crash occurred on 25th. February, 2009 at 10-31 AM (CET) (09-31 UT) at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam 4E46 52N18. Astrology: The Ascendant is Gemini 4-48 and its ruler, Mercury is at Aquarius 13-07 at the top of the chart and is conjunct the Mars/Node midpoint at Aquarius 12-39. Saturn at Virgo 19-17 is on the Venus/Neptune midpoint at Virgo 19-06. Sedna is at Taurus 20-23 and in square to Mars/Neptune midpoint at Aquarius 20-16. Moon at Pisces 10-46 is conjunct midpoint MC/Eris at Pisces 10-47. Jupiter at Aquarius 11-52 is conjunct Uranus/Pluto midpoint at Aquarius 12-19. Pholus at Sagittarius 12-56 is conjunct midpoint Sun/Saturn at Sagittarius 13-06. The stellium in Aquarius has clearly brought its share of disasters from events such as this one, commercial/economic factors and natural ones such as The Australian Bush Fire catastrophe.
